Bianka Brown is a financial professional with over 14 years of experience in developing and driving strategic goals with a focus on financial reporting analysis and management. Including but not consolidations, forecasting, federal & state grant management, operating budgets, system implementation, treasury functions and risk management oversight.
She has a record of developing and implementing innovative solutions utilizing a highly motivated team approach resulting in increased efficiency, internal controls and overall performance for municipal governments, private, public, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to this new role, she served in multiple financial leadership roles managing budgets in excess of $380 million dollars. Overseeing procuring and compliance management of both federal and state funding.
