Project Support & Human Resources Specialist

Alexis has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and proven communications, logistical, and engagement management skills. Alexis brings incisive observations to TCG’s client relationships and contributes her keen perception as she documents our larger meetings. With a wide variety of customer service and administrative experiences, she leverages organizational and research skills to support internal and external communication. Alexis is a quick study in policy concepts tackling several since joining TCG, and always maintains a humanistic interest in the impact of recommended solutions. Her strong oral, written, and phone communication skills are indispensable to managing multiple, complex client and community engagements, which benefit from Alexis’ nuanced approach. 


Alexis has previously worked in healthcare industry where she maintained the confidentially of client records in compliance with HIPPA and researched, translated, and updated confidential data to ensure prompt payment. She was also instrumental in the formation support for East Cost Protective Services, a small business start-up based in North Carolina.


Most recently, before joining TCG, Alexis worked for Spectrum, a division of Charter Communications, where she out-performed call center volume and quality standards and troubleshot digital devices by engaging with customers effectively and employing accurate plain language directions.


Alexis enjoys being active in her local community, spending time with her family, and raising her adorable dog.
