Mayor’s Office & Administration | Dept of Law | Office of Management & Budget | Dept of Finance Dept of Human Resources & Civil Service | Office of Innovation & Performance | Office of Municipal Investigations As part of the City’s 2025 mayoral transition efforts, Thomas Consulting Group (TCG) is supporting the development of high-level departmental briefings and a public-facing accomplishments report. These materials will help equip the next administration for a smooth and informed start, while also capturing and honoring the work your team has led over the past four years. Schedule a one-on-one transition interview with the TCG team between October 15–17. These approximately 45 minute sessions will allow us to gather context, clarify issues, and ensure your department’s voice is fully reflected in the final materials.
